Being true to myself and always wanting a bang for my buck, I asked our waiter how many mimosas we could get out of one carafe. Turns out around 4-5 glasses. The mimosas came just the right shade, looking more like lemonade than orange juice which meant the ratio of champagne to orange juice was perfect.
